Born Yesterday at Ford’s Theater

October 18, 2018

Talk about art imitating life — Born Yesterday is playing now at Ford’s Theater, and this political satire is very in line with the country’s current political climate.

Set in the 1940’s, the play follows a tycoon and his girlfriend as they arrive in Washington to game the political system. There’s a bit of a twist at the end, and the uplifting message shows that justice can prevail, all while providing plenty of laughs and a bit of romance along the way. Afternoon matinee and evening tickets are available, and seats are selling for as little as $25 to the matinee shows. With the intimate setting of Ford’s Theater, there isn’t a bad seat in the house.

Born Yesterday runs for approximately two and a half hours. There are also select performances with discounts and artist meet and greets post show.
