The signature hot power flow class works every muscle, from head to toe, in a room that's heated to allow deeper flexibility and protect your body from injury. If you're looking to add some strength-training to your routine, the yoga and weights class might be the perfect fit. It's a mix of circuit-training and Vinyasa yoga designed to foster strength and endurance. Pupils who are looking for a little extra attention can take advantage of the small group training or personal training sessions.
